My name is Daiga and I am certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (DipCAH, HPD), based in Bristol and work with clients internationally.

What to expect

Trance (hypnotic) state can develop quite naturally or autonomously (for example daydreaming, reading a book, listening to relaxing music or immersing in a good movie etc.).  It is when our brain waves move from the normal BETA frequency of wakefulness into a slower ALPHA brain wave. It is the same relaxed state we pass through when we go in and out of various levels of sleep.

Hypnosis is a deeply relaxed state of mind that allows you to tap into your deeper wisdom. In this state of mind, you suspend old beliefs and limitations, and allow the changes you desire to begin. While in deeply relaxed state, our subconscious mind easily receives & accepts positive suggestions which will help you make tremendous changes in your life without much use of your willpower. Hypnosis will serve as the “reset button” for what will become new automatic behaviors.
